Wright County Health Department provides the following Services:
Childhood Immunizations
Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar Screenings and Draw Laboratory Tests with Doctors Orders
Family Planning (by appointment only)
WIC ( Women and Infant Children) Nutritional Supplement Program. ( by appointment only) ( Income Guidelines apply)
Child Health Screenings
Health Education and Promotion
Communicable Disease Investigations
BCCCP (Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Project) (by appointment only) (Restrictions: 40 or older without Insurance or Medicaid/Medicare)
Environmental Health Services ( Septic Permits, Water Testing, Food Sanitation, Child Care Sanitation)
Child Care Nurse Consultation

Hours: Monday thru Friday / 8:00 A.M.- 12:15 P.M. and 1:00 P.M.-4:30 P.M.
