Pms - Rio Rancho Family Health Center is a community-based health center based in Sandoval County, NM serving the rural population. This clinic is open only 40 hours a week so call in advance. Presbyterian Medical Services. helps maintain operations through federal funds is has recieved. Operations began April of 2007.

Primary Care
Comprehensive family medical care is available including:
Treatment of minor injuries; Treatment of acute illnesses; Chronic disease care (such as diabetes, high blood pressure and lung disease); Well child care; Teen health; Immunizations; Physicals. Because prevention is such an essential component of our program, we offer comprehensive health education services including family planning, nutrition and disease prevention.

Our providers also maintain a strong working relationship with specialists in the area for referrals to Specialty services.

Behavioral Health
The Rio Rancho Family Health Center offers behavioral health services to those who suffer from emotional problems as well as severe disabling mental illness. These services include:
Assessment; Counseling; Psychiatric Consultation; Comprehensive Community Support Services; Community Collaboration; Crisis Intervention and we help children and families of children who have emotional illness or who are at risk of developing emotional problems.

Provides comprehensive intake, assessment, treatment and referrals for New Mexico veterans and their families living with the affects of military service, deployment, and coming home. We provide services in support of trauma and related issues veterans and their families face including substance abuse, depression, anger, domestic violence, and social and economic challenges.
