About Judeo Christian Health Clinic

The clinic provides free health care for the medically indigent persons who have no other resources for their health care needs.

Volunteer professionals provide outpatient services on a scheduled basis. We ask that all persons who would like to be seen to visit the Clinic Monday - Friday to pick up an application and to make an eligibility appointment. Patients must provide proof of residence in Hillsborough County, identification, and proof of Household income. Household income must fall between 100% and 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Patients who do not meet the above eligibility guidelines will be addressed on a case by case basis, or referred to an alternate source for their needs.

Eye care (Including eyeglasses for donation)
Emergency dental treatment (Simple extractions only)
