Hopelight Clinic accomplishes its mission by providing extremely low-cost or free primary care in an outpatient setting.
Hopelight is a charitable clinic that offers services on a sliding scale. We see patients regardless of their ability to pay. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid.
Our clinic provides family medicine care for all members of the family.
Our goal is to develop ongoing relationships between patients and Hopelight. Our aim is to act as the essential medical providers for members of the greater Longmont community who are uninsured, are on Medicaid / Medicare, or do not have access to other providers regardless of their background, creed or beliefs. This includes young adults; families with children; and adults with chronic diseases.
Hours of Operation
Mondays, 9am to 3pm, Tuesdays, 10am to 4pm, Wednesdays 12pm to 7pm, and Thursdays, 1pm to 4pm
