About Clewiston Community Health Center

Clewiston Community Health Center is a community health clinic based in Hendry County. Our mission is to provide accessible, cost-effective, high quality and comprehensive primary and preventive health care services to all persons, regardless of their ability to pay.

FCHC uses a sliding fee scale (SFS) based on federal poverty limits (FPL) to determine the amount of financial responsibility each patient carries regarding their health care services.

Hours:
M/W/Th: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

The Dental Department offers the same hours of service.
